The Loggiatour gift certificate (hereinafter Gift Card) can be used at Loggiatour for the purchase of services and tour packages up to the amount indicated.
The amount indicated may also be used in a fractional manner until it is exhausted, as the only mode of payment or to supplement other modes of payment, when the credit is not sufficient for the purchase of tourist services chosen by the beneficiary. If the purchase price of the requested services is in fact higher than the remaining amount, the difference must be paid using the payment methods accepted by the Agency.
The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, so the amount can be used within that period. Upon expiration and written request of the customer, the Gift Card may be extended for another 12 months for a maximum of two extensions.
The Gift Card is nominative but can be transferred to a third person upon written notice to Loggiatour.
The Gift Card and the amount shown are non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, and non-creditable to any other debit/credit or prepaid card or bank or postal account or any other electronic payment platform.
The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase a new Gift Card.
The Gift Card may be used by the Beneficiary or any other person expressly designated by the Beneficiary.
In case of loss or theft of the Gift Card, the holder is requested to report it to Loggiatour.
The Gift Card is a mode of payment and is not intended in any way as an investment instrument and/or a solicitation for the collection of savings.
